We are seeking a diligent and forward-thinking Regional Property Manager for a 9 month FTC to oversee the management of a portfolio of properties within an established housing association based in Nottingham. The successful candidate will excel in optimising property management strategies and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the full property portfolio.

Description
This role will involve overseeing a team of repairs officers and a wider team and carrying out the management of the responsive repairs, alteration requests, formal complaints, damp and mould cases and voids across the housing stock.
You will also:
- Develop and implement effective property management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
- Handle budgeting and financial management for the properties.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs as necessary.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to any resident issues or concerns.
- Regularly report to senior management on property performance and resident satisfaction.
Profile
A successful Regional Property Manager should have:

- Essential experience in managing contracts and ensuring compliance.
- Solid expertise in diagnosing and understanding building issues.
