In this crucial role, you will act as the primary point of contact between residents and the service team, working to maintain the highest levels of satisfaction and service delivery. As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will:
- Ensure excellent service delivery: Support residents in accessing and receiving the best services available.
- Build strong client relationships: Develop key client contacts to represent residents fairly and effectively.
- Resolve complaints efficiently: Handle and resolve any escalated complaints, ensuring the Complaints Procedure is followed to provide quick and satisfactory resolutions.
- Keep residents informed: Communicate any delays or changes to scheduled work, ensuring residents are kept up-to-date.
- Collaborate daily: Participate in daily line management meetings and client/management open forum discussions to ensure smooth communication.
- Support new residents: Complete resident inductions and maintain accurate profiles.
- Engage with residents: Interact daily with residents to foster a positive and supportive environment.
