About the Team:

You will be joining a team of 6, As part of the support team, you'll play an essential role in ensuring the smooth running of the department and will have the chance to develop your career within a close-knit and supportive team.

Role Overview:

As a Residential Property Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the team with the day-to-day operations of residential property transactions, including administrative tasks, client communication, and assisting with the progression of cases. You will also work alongside another support team member, providing efficient and effective support to help the team stay organized and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting with the management of residential property transactions from initiation to completion
* Communicating with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other third parties
* Drafting documents, correspondence, and reports
* Managing and organising client files and records
* Collaborating with the wider team to ensure tasks are completed on time
* Utilising the firm's tech advances to track the progress of conveyancing matters, ensuring clients are updated in real time

What We're Looking For:

* Experience in residential property law or conveyancing (preferred, but not essential)
* Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
