Permanent | Full TimeNottingham | Hybrid WorkingI am excited to be working with this client in the Tech industry who are amidst an exciting period of growth, that are on the hunt for an experienced Internal Communications professional to join their HR function. Reporting into the Head of People, you will be responsible for maintaining all internal communications within the organisation and work closely with the ESG group to effectively communicate their initiatives with the wider business.Key responsibilities:

  • Create clear and compelling communications content that is digestible to the wider business.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to ensure internal communications remain accurate, relevant, updated and aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with third-party stakeholders on external communications streams and ensure these align with internal messaging.
  • Work closely with the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Group initiatives to drive communication efforts and engagement with the wider organisation.
  • Liaise with the Office Manager on company events and ensure communications related to these events are clear and approved.

The ideal candidate:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce engaging and digestible content across the likes of intranets, blog posts and more.
  • A level of understanding of the Tech industry, to interpret technical jargon into digestible content.
  • A strong interest in ESG initiatives, and company-wide communications strategies.
  • Proactive, with an outgoing personality and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work with third-party stakeholders and manage approvals for communication-related tasks.
  • A qualification in English, Communications or a related field (preferred but not essential).
