Interim Revenue & Process Improvement Specialist

Parkinson Lee Executive Search are currently working with a market-leading and highly acquisitive business to appoint an Interim Revenue & Process Improvement Specialist to lead a critical project focused on revenue recognition, invoicing accuracy, and financial reporting improvements. Following significant customer growth and increasing operational complexity, this role will play a key part in driving efficiency and financial control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map end-to-end revenue and invoicing processes across key customer accounts
  • Identify and resolve process inefficiencies impacting cash flow and financial reporting
  • Work closely with site operations and finance teams to implement sustainable process improvements
  • Analyse and improve data extraction and automation between internal systems and ERP platforms
  • Ensure compliance with customer contracts and optimise invoicing practices
  • Drive improvements in revenue mapping to enhance profitability analysis

About You:

  • Proven experience in finance transformation, process improvement, and revenue assurance
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, invoicing, and working capital management
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive change in complex environments
  • Experience in logistics, or large-scale operational finance environments is advantageous
