This is the minimum and maximum number of hours a week. They are looking for Care Team Leaders who are flexible and can-do alternate weekends.
Job Description - Team Leaders play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care. They inspire and support our care team to be person-centered in their approach, providing guidance, training, and mentoring. In addition to working alongside our Care Team as a role model, they also support external multi-disciplinary team visits and help create new care plans and conduct assessments.

Requirements – Supported living Team Leader

Medication Trained
-
NVQ 3 or NVQ 5

Ideally experience within Learning disabilitiers / Mental Health.

experience working within a similar role previously

Must be confident, personale and able to run the shifts.
If you are a Team Leader who has medication training and their NVQ level 3 or 5 in health and social care. You would be considered a good fit for the role due to them both being requirements for the role.
Unfortunately, without these requirements you wouldn’t be accepted for this role.
