We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our HBS (House Builder Services) team in the position of HBS Team Leader based out of our Hoveringham site.
The main purpose of the role is to support and develop the HBS team in the raising of orders and general coordination of the order processing function.
Your duties would include but not limited to the following:
- ORDERS - Managing the complete contract review and prompt processing of customer orders, resolving any order queries in a timely manner.
- COMMUNICATION - Liaising with customers to ensure their order provides all the data needed to process this.
- AFTER SALES SUPPORT - Supporting the customer with any enquiries that have regarding the delivery of their order.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE
- NEGOTIATION - Order negotiation with customers to manage expectations.
- CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT - Actively contribute to improvements in business processes and procedures.
- INFORMATION - Record relevant KPI’s to enable individual and team performances to be collated.
- PDP’s - Complete and Review HBS team Performance Development Plan’s
About You:
- Numerical ability
- Strong customer handling and negotiation skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Attention to detail and the ability to produce highly accurate work.
- The ability to work on own initiative
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ideally previous experience managing a small team.
- GCSE (Or Equivalent) in Maths & English
- Experience in an office based data handling role.
- Supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
