Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location: Nottingham 
 

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team in a leading housing construction company. The successful candidate will support the senior surveyor in cost management, tendering, contract administration, and project cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for housing projects
• Support with procurement and contract administration
• Monitor and manage project costs to ensure financial control
• Conduct site visits and assessments

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant qualification ( or working towards) 
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Basic knowledge of construction contracts and cost management
• Ability to work as part of a team
