An Assistant Quantity Surveyor position is available with a leading Maintenance Contractor in Nottingham.
This role involves working on Decent Homes projects, including kitchen and bathroom upgrades, roof replacements, and internal works.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a commercial environment, preferably within a maintenance background.
A Level 4 qualification in Quantity Surveying or a similar field is preferred for applicants.

Looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Maintenance Contractor based in Nottingham

This is an amazing opportunity to join an ambitious and well established commercial team, who are undertaking Decent Homes projects on behalf of a local authority. This includes Kitchen and Bathrooms upgrades, roof replacements and internal works

Your responsibilities:

Work on the commercial delivery of the project
Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts
On-boarding of Sub contractors/suppliers
Assist with the day-to-day financial control
Reporting and commercial performance management of one or more projects from award up to final account
Assisting with cash management

My client is ideally looking for someone who already gained experience in a similar role, Someone who is be a keen learner and confident communicator with good organisational skills and an attention to detail would be an ideal fit for this role

What you will need:

Experience in a commercial environment, ideally within a Maintenance background for at least year
Preferred Level 4 in Quantity Surveying or similar
