Overview Of The Role:
They are currently seeking a Project Manager to lead a MOD project near Nottingham. This is a unique opportunity to manage a complex and high-profile project utilising modern methods of construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the successful delivery of a MOD project from inception to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and site teams to ensure alignment with project specifications and client expectations.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and progress reviews to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements, including MOD-specific protocols.
Requirements
- Strong background in Precast Concrete and RC framing is essential.
- Proven track record of managing complex construction projects, ideally within the MOD, commercial, or residential sectors.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass comprehensive background checks in line with project security requirements.
