Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in delivering major new build projects, preferably with a Tier 1 contractor background.
The position is with a respected major contractor responsible for a large new build project in the Nottingham area.
The successful candidate will report to a Project Director and must be skilled in managing large, complex builds, with a strong understanding of programme management, health and safety, and quality delivery.
The role includes an initial phase focused on preconstruction, followed by overseeing the project on-site for an estimated build duration of 24 months.
A competitive salary is offered, and candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Our Client is a well respected major contractor who have a large new build project to deliver in the Nottingham area.

Reporting to a Project Director, the successful candidate will be well versed in the running of large, complex builds, have a solid understanding of programme, H&S and delivering quality projects.

The role will involve an initial period working on the preconstruction of the build, then take the project to site for a build programme of roughly 24 months.
