Your new companyWorking for a Public Sector owned consultancy based in Nottinghamshire, you will head up the commercial team to deliver built environment frameworks. You will undertake a variety of projects across various sectors including Commercial, Leisure and Education. The role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Your new roleYou will work as a Quantity Surveyor within their commercial team. You will work on projects across a variety of sectors, and provide strategic reviews of commercial models, work with contract administration, you will also have the approval of key Subcontracts, process applications for payments, and work with bills of quantities. What you'll need to succeedYou will have experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or client side organisation, and offer pre or post contract administration experience. You will be MRICS or keen to work towards your APC. You will be happy working in a client facing role and want to progress your career in a successful client side team.
