This well-established business is now looking to expand their company due to their growing order book and therefore looking for a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor to help them grow.In this Role you will be based in Nottingham and be working alongside the Commercial Manager. You will be responsible for estimating quantities and costs of materials, assist in preparing tender and contract documents, preparation and issue of sub-contractor payment notices and looking after Commercial matters. The ideal candidate will have a quantity surveying background who has previously worked on commercial projects, you will have a willingness to learn, and a desire to help the business grow.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a close-knit team, and business with an increasing workload and progression alongside a brilliant salary and benefitsThe Role:
