Quantity Surveyor - Nottingham

Quantity Surveyor - a leading privately-owned contractor is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading regional contractor delivering projects across education and training, healthcare, commercial and leisure sectors ranging from £5m - £25m.

The initial project is a major refurbishment of transform one of Nottingham's landmark buildings into a new teaching and entertainment space. This is a prestigious project where you will support a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver this £20m development.

Requirements:
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations
- Experience working with a building contractor
- Experience dealing with final accounts
- Industry related qualification

Key Duties:
- Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
- Dealing with variations and valuations
- Input during pre-construction stage
- Production of CVRs
