Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with Industrial & Logistics project experience?
Have you commercially managed multiple units being worked on at the same time?
Do you have experience of managing fast track internal / external fit out works?
If so, Build Space has just the contract for you!
Quantity Surveyor roles & responsibilities:
- Processing subcontractor orders
- Managing variations and payments
- Sitting in weekly Progress Meetings with client
- Reporting upline
- Final accounts
Quantity Surveyor experience required:
- Minimum 5 years post qualified Quantity Surveyor experience
- End to end commercial management experience
- BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying or similar
- Excellent reporting skills
- Strong written / spoken communication skills
