The Quantity Surveyors' role
Joining an established team of six Quantity Surveyors, the successful Quantity Surveyor will benefit from a supportive, flexible, and dynamic work environment, with ongoing opportunities for professional growth.
The Quantity Surveyor will contribute to a varied and exciting portfolio of projects spanning multiple sectors, including industrial, commercial offices, education, student accommodation, ecclesiastical, listed buildings, and public sector developments. Project values typically range from 300k to 60m.
With ambitious expansion plans in place, this is a prime opportunity to join a consultancy on an upward trajectory, playing a key role in its continued success while progressing towards a Senior Quantity Surveyor position.
The Quantity Surveyor
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be able to work autonomously as well as enjoy working within a friendly and team-focused environment.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
- Ideally MRICS or working towards
- Previous experience within a consultancy environment
- Strong pre and post contract experience
- Varied sector experience is preferred
