Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1
Senior Quantity Surveyor - a Top 10 building contractor is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver award winning projects across MOJ, MOD, education and commercial sectors with values ranging from 10m - 100m.
The initial projects will be MOJ and DfE schemes ranging between 10m and 60m where you will work as the commercial lead.

Requirements:
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations
- Experience working with a building contractor
- Experience dealing with final accounts
- Industry related qualification
Key Duties:
- Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
- Dealing with variations and valuations
- Input during pre-construction stage
- Production of CVRs

Salary & Package:
- Basic salary of 70,000 - 75,000 (DOE)
- Company Car or Allowance (5,500)
- Excellent bonus scheme
- Healthcare & Pension (5%)
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor as the commercial lead delivering D&B projects (10m+) with main contractor.
