Senior Quantity Surveyor - Nottingham

Senior Quantity Surveyor - a leading privately-owned contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on prestigious design and build projects across The Midlands region.

Requirements:
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations
- Experience working with a building contractor
- Experience dealing with final accounts
- Industry related qualification

Key Duties:
- Take-off to building quantities and produce schedules of works
- Formulate Subcontract Tenders
- Chair Pre-let meetings and finalising Subcontract Orders
- Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
- Dealing with variations and valuations
- Production of CVRs

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects ranging from £10m - £80m.
