We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Salesperson within Commercial Property to join a thriving team. In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of their property sales division helping navigate and securing dealsThis role will suit someone keen to progress within the companyKey Details:
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with property buyers
  • Property Listings & Marketing: Identify new commercial properties for sale or lease, and create compelling listings to attract buyers and tenants
  • Sales Strategy: Lead the sales process from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring the best outcome for both clients and the company
  • Market Expertise: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and investment opportunities to offer expert advice to clients
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and pricing, manage contracts, and oversee all aspects of deal closure
