Are you an experienced and ambitious property professional looking to take on a leadership role within a growing boutique agency? If so, we want to hear from you!

Our client is a boutique property management and lettings agency with a portfolio of 138 residential units, two blocks of buildings, and upcoming sales targets for 30 flats over the next 24 months. They are looking for a Director of Lettings & Sales to independently manage the day-to-day operations, lead a team, and drive the company’s strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of both senior and junior staff, ensuring operational efficiency and team growth.
  • Lettings & Property Management: Oversee the management of 138 residential units and two blocks, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and leaseholders.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead the sales process for 30 flats over the next two years, managing marketing efforts, pricing strategies, and negotiations with buyers.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and external partners, maintaining positive and productive relationships.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve internal processes related to property management, lettings, and sales to maximize profitability.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a senior role within lettings, property management, and ideally sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • In-depth knowledge of block management, compliance, and property legislation.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to deliver results and grow the business.
