An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a well-spoken, well presented and customer service driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join a well respected Estate Agency based in their office in Nottingham.

My client is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator who has a full 360 estate agency background and can not only conduct successful viewings and negotiator on offers but can carry out their own sales chasing seeing their own sales right the way through until completion. 

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Benefits

  • A basic salary up to £25,000 plus commission - £32,000 + OTE

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Duties: 

  • Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
  • Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
  • Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
  • Conducting viewings
  • Negotiating on offers
  • Management of the sales life cycle
  • Following office procedures & policies
  • Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
  • Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
  • Registering Applicants and attending viewings
  • All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted
  • Sales progression through to exchange
  • Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material
  • Ad hoc valuations

Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed

  • Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is essential or at least 2 years
  • You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
  • Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
  • You will be well spoken and well presented
  • You will be target driven and ambitious
  • You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
