Based in state of the art offices our client are now looking to recruit an experienced estate agent. The ideal candidate will have some estate agency experience - although a positive, can do attitude allied with exceptional customer service skills are more important.

Duties include:
路 Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression 路 Honest, reliable & professional advice to potential vendors & purchasers路 Following office procedures & policies路 Contribution and awareness of sales KPIs & targets路 Organising photographer/videographer to attend properties路 Creation of material materials and releasing properties to the market路 Sales targets for you as an individual to include ancillaries路 Window cards and branch material to be managed and rotated weekly路 Oversee bad debts with Department heads路 Order EPC鈥檚路 Management of exchanges and income路 Many other duties as directed by manager.
Generous basic salary, plus a car allowance/company car, parking and attractive commission package dependent on experience.
