This independent agent are a proactive and enthusiastic company who love the Property Sector and offering a high level of customer service. They move with the times to ensure that their services are as efficient and seamless as possible when processing sales or lettings properties to completion. Well known in the area, for their quality of marketing when it comes to showing all their properties in their best light. Due to increased business levels, they are now looking to recruit an experienced, professional, smart Sales Negotiator to also cover lettings, to join their busy and friendly team. It would be ideal if the successful candidate had some previous experience in property sales and the house selling process. The role requires a positive, hard working and dynamic estate agent who is not scared of hard work and searching for new business from every opportunity. This is a hands on role, so is extremely varied, with no two days the same. The successful candidate will be required to attend morning meetings, phone out on new instructions and price reductions, accompany viewings, chase valuations and more. All in all a traditional estate agent role. To sum up this client is looking for an ambitious, driven, commission orientated candidate, someone who is used to working to and exceeding targets with a confident and professional, friendly manner. In return the company offer a great package plus a generous commission structure and other benefits with potential for progression.

Part-Time Hours will be considered for the right candidate. Salary and commissions dependent on hours worked and experience.
