Estate Agents Property Sales Valuer, Nottingham Area
This is a truly exceptional role within a well known brand of estate agents, in their busy and friendly branch in the outskirts of Nottingham.
This busy residential Sales department, are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic full time Sales Lister.
Duties Include:
路 Liaising with prospective vendors and converting valuations into listings
路 Updating vendors
路 Arranging valuations
路 Maximise all business opportunities and refer solicitor and mortgage leads
路 Negotiating on offers
路 General office tasks
路 Canvass and prospect in order to engage and win new business
The valuer must:
路 Have previous valuing experience as either a negotiator or existing valuer
路 Understand the estate agency process
路 Have excellent communicational skills and telephone manner
路 Have good negotiation skills
路 Be well presented
路 Be proactive
