Estate Agents Property Valuer/Lister, Nottingham AreaThis is a dynamic and established estate agency based in Nottingham region, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to expand their team and recruit a motivated Sales Valuer/Lister to join them.

Role Overview:As a Sales Valuer/Lister, you will play a vital role in helping the clients buy and sell homes. Your key responsibilities will include conducting property valuations, listing new properties, and generating new business opportunities. You will also manage relationships with clients, advising them on the best approach to marketing and selling their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property valuations and market appraisals for potential sellers

  • Take ownership of the listing process from start to finish

  • Generate new business leads through prospecting and networking

  • Work closely with vendors to understand their needs and advise them on pricing strategies

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service

  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a sales-based role within the estate agency industry (or similar)

  • Strong local knowledge of the Nottinghamshire property market

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Highly motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve results

  • Ability to manage a busy workload and work under pressure

  • Full UK driving license and own vehicle is essential
