Lettings Administrator
Temp to Perm
Location: Nottingham, NG7
Rate: 13.74 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Start Date: ASAP
Our client, a reputable accommodation provider, is seeking a Lettings Administrator to join their successful, friendly, and supportive team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Handling tenant enquiries in person (e.g., blocked toilets, shower issues, lift malfunctions)
- Coordinating with the external maintenance team to resolve problems
- Following up on outstanding rent via telephone
- Liaising with international agencies via ZOOM on a weekly basis
- Organizing events, including social media posting and advertising
- Managing site cleaning schedules
- Conducting new tenant checks and issuing keys
- Performing inventory checks when tenants move out
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in student lettings is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in administration and IT
- A self-starter who can work independently or in a small team
- Flexible to attend events such as Open Days and promote the business
Additional Information:
This role is initially offered on a temporary basis for 12 weeks, with the potential for extension. The position is fully on-site.
