The Role

As a Lettings Assistant, you'll manage void properties and support the lettings process. Your responsibilities include advertising properties, reducing re-let times, responding to customer queries, and maintaining accurate records. You'll also administer the HOMESWAPPER and downsizing schemes, ensuring compliance with KPIs and NCHA values.
