Job Title: Lettings Negotiator / Administrator

Job Location: Nottingham

Salary: £24,000 Basic- £26,000 OTE

Days / Hours: Monday- Thursday / 09:00- 17:30 / Friday- 9:00- 17:00 / 1 in 4 Saturdays- 9:00- 13:00

Duties:

• Handling tenancy applications, liaising with tenants and landlords, organising/collating all processes in order to set up a new tenancy.
• Drafting new tenancy agreements.
• Handling new tenant viewing enquiries by call or email, and booking in viewings.
• Listing properties for rent.
• Handling bills received for our properties.
• Other computer based admin associated with residential lettings.
• Viewings at properties

Essential:

• Min 1 years lettings experience
• Must have a driving licence
