The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our client's thriving Nottingham office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of properties and clients in one of the UK's most vibrant rental markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property viewings and secure new lettings
  • Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants
  • Manage property listings and update online portals
  • Provide expert advice on the local rental market
  • Contribute to the agency's business development strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in residential lettings, preferably within the Nottingham area
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in property management software and MS Office suite
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • ARLA membership or willingness to work towards qualification
