Salary: £22,000- £30,000 OTE

Days / Hours: Monday to Friday- 8:45- 17:30 / 1 in 2 Saturdays- 10:00- 16:00

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our client's team as a Lettings Negotiator. The Lettings Negotiator will play a crucial role in facilitating the rental process, liaising with both landlords and tenants to achieve successful property matches and ensuring smooth transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Book valuations and offer professional advice to potential landlords and tenants.
  • Ensure strict adherence to office procedures, policies, and maintain awareness of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Rotate branch marketing material regularly.
  • Handle the ordering of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and ensure overall compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct property viewings, manage email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML, and provide thorough weekly landlord care.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • A natural people person with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Driven, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or sales position.
  • Articulate with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Experienced valuer with a proven track record of winning new business.
