If so, we want to hear from you!Our client, a leading independent estate agent, is seeking a skilled and motivated Property Lister to join their dynamic team. This role will not involve conducting valuations, instead listing new properties to the market.Key Responsibilities:
- Create accurate and compelling property write ups for residential properties, providing reliable and detailed information to buyers.
- Capture eye catching and professional photographs of new to market properties.
- Take accurate property measurements and create detailed floorplans.
- Ensure marketing materials are accurate and created in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to vendors.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience within the estate agency industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
