Full Time, Permanent

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 1 in 3 Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

We're looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our client’s thriving team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for sales to grow their career in a supportive and rewarding environment!

Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage and negotiate sales to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct property viewings, provide detailed and accurate information to prospective buyers and answer any queries.
  • Liaise with vendors and buyers, ensuring a smooth and transparent negotiation process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values to offer informed advice to clients.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive office atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a property sales role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Valid driving license (use of Electric Mini pool car provided).
