- To identify and instruct the appropriate marketing branch(es)
- To monitor the marketing of the property and check that the branch has completed all appropriate marketing including internet advertising, adding the property to the branch mailing list, erecting a For Sale board and placing the property in the branch window display.
- To obtain a weekly update from the marketing branch regarding viewing numbers and feedback.
- To instigate price reductions if necessary
- To manage the negotiation of any offer received between the client and the branch.
- To consult with solicitors to ensure the conveyancing process is effectively managed and enquiries are chased on both sides.
- To report to clients, providing regular updates on sales activity and performance
- To drive sales performance of the portfolio within the terms of the Service Level Agreement.
- Ensure effective management of conveyancing process.
