- Sales Strategy: Lead the sales process from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring the best outcome for both clients and the company
- Market Expertise: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and investment opportunities to offer expert advice to clients
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and pricing, manage contracts, and oversee all aspects of deal closure
- Previous experience in commercial property sales
- Strong knowledge of the commercial property market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven ability to close deals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A full UK driving licence
