About the RoleWe are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and motivated Head of Residential Conveyancing to lead their thriving property team in Nottingham. This is a senior role offering a fantastic opportunity to shape and drive the department’s growth while overseeing a diverse caseload of residential property matters.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Head of Residential Conveyancing, your duties will include:

  • Leading and managing the residential conveyancing department, ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members, supporting their professional development.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow the department and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Representing the firm in business development and networking initiatives.

About YouThe ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive with substantial experience in residential conveyancing.
