Lettings Property Manager - Nottingham - up to £35.5k
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a successful independent Lettings and Estate agency. They are looking for a confident and well-organised property professional to deliver their property management service. Responsibilities for the Property Manager role:
- Oversee an existing property portfolio and deliver high-quality property management services to their clients;
- Arrange inspections, re-lets, renewals, move-outs and deposits returns;
- Maintain and deliver excellent communication keeping all parties fully informed throughout the lettings and management process;
- Hold the key relationship with their clients and tenants;
- Ensure compliance of the whole portfolio by organising and instructing relevant certification and liaise with contractors to deliver a seamless and quality service;
- Maintain the properties in excellent working order, working closely with external contractors and our internal maintenance team to keep the properties in great condition;
Person Specification:
- Clear, friendly and professional communication and customer service skills;
- An organised approach to your work with excellent attention to detail;
- A personal drive to deliver work of the highest standard;
- A flexible approach and a positive attitude;
- An ability to demonstrate that you share in our core values of innovation, expertise, customer-centricity and community engagement.
- Preferred: The Level 3 Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management. If you do not have the Level 3 Award you will be expected to achieve this within your first year in the role.
- Essential: Driver’s license.
- Essential: At least 2 years’ experience in a property management role.
Benefits:
- Competitive total package ranging from £33,737-£35,525
- The pay bands reflect their expectation that their property managers receive a £1,500 salary uplift on completion of the ARLA Property Level 3 qualification. If you are an experienced Property Manager without the Level 3 qualification you will be expected to achieve this in your first 12 months and you will receive a £1,500 salary uplift on completion;
- The pay bands include a £1,200 parking allowance per annum payable after 6-month probation;
- The pay bands include expected bonus/ profit share scheme of approximately 8% per annum, eligibility after 6 months’ probation;
- 4% matched Pension Scheme upon completion of 6-month probation;
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays increasing up to 25 days with an annual leave day awarded for each year in service;
