Days/ Times: Monday- Friday / 9:00- 17:30 + 1 in 4 Saturdays- 10:00- 15:00

Our client is a modern, leading Estate & Lettings Agency based in Nottingham. They pride themselves on creating a supportive and collaborative atmosphere, ensuring that every team member feels valued and appreciated. They are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Property Manager.

Position Overview:

This is a great opportunity for a confident and well organised person to join a successful agency, delivering excellent customer service in all areas. Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory. If you have a passion for property and want to get your foot in the door in a supportive agency with slick offices, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aid managing the property portfolio and assist in all manner of property management activities
  • Arrange and carrying out basic maintenance, attend inspections, section notice preparation and delivery, inventories, check outs and deposit returns (there is an element of heavy lifting).
  • Be competent in the use of outlook and excel. (full training of in-house property management software will be provided).
  • Ensure all landlords properties remain compliant by assessment and instruction of relevant works/ certification.
  • Conduct yourself in a way befitting the company’s core principles and the ethos of the business.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Property Management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills along with being organised and show good attention to detail.
  • A drive to deliver results to the best of your ability
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • A flexible working approach and positive attitude
  • Full UK Driving License and Own Transport
