Property Manager

Harper Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside our client to find a Property Manager who will be responsible for helping to maintain over 100 properties. We are looking for somebody who is available to start quickly, and the contract is temporary to permanent for the right candidate.

What will the role involve?

  • Managing your own diary to arrange property visits and carry out basic maintenance
  • Responding promptly to maintenance issues reported
  • Ensuring all properties are compliant through assessment and instruction of works/certification
  • Attending property inspections and following up on inspection issues
  • Monitor and update property records as required
  • Liaise and communicate with lettings team
  • Instructing contractors and processing contractor invoices


Who are we looking for?

  • Full, Clean UK Driving licence
  • I.T Literate
  • Ability to balance administration tasks with visits
  • A positive and can-do attitude
  • Great communicator
  • Highly organised and great at timekeeping
  • Some experience in property/maintenance is preferable or we will consider strong administrators looking to progress into property management.


Additional Information - This role is fully in-person and will require visits to properties, so a driving licence is essential.
