Description
- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Coordinate with tenants and landlords, ensuring effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Oversee repairs and maintenance of properties, ensuring that they are in excellent condition.
- Conduct property inspections and produce detailed reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Negotiate lease renewals and manage end of tenancy processes.
- Work closely with the Construction department to ensure properties are fit for purpose.
- Continuously strive for improvement in the property management process.
Profile
A successful Property Manager should have:
- A strong knowledge of the Property industry and Construction processes.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- A knack for problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A solid understanding of property management regulations and practices.
- Willing to have business insurance on the car.
Job Offer
