Job Description:

We are seeking an individual with experience in rents for this post for an initial 3 months, pending a permanent recruitment campaign. The successful appointment will effectively manage the recovery of unpaid rents to NCC Housing Services, working closely with the Head of Rents to support the coordination of service delivery across the Income Team.

Essential experience:

- Experience of rents/income management at a manager level (i.e. please don’t submit candidates who are operating at Income Officer level if they have no experience of management of teams in Rents).

- Previous management experience gained in a fast moving, pressurised housing management or customer facing environment dealing with complex issues and competing priorities.

- Knowledge of Housing Benefits and Welfare benefits.

- Ability to lead and motivate a team enabling high quality performanceAdvantageous.

- Possession or working towards NVQ level 4/5 or a Chartered Institute of Housing qualification.
