Our client is a rapidly growing business operating in the private rental sector, providing high-quality, purpose-built single and multi-family housing. Due to increasing their property portfolio, they are looking to recruit an experienced Block & Estate Property Manager. The role will involve managing a portfolio of PRS residential apartment blocks and assisting with property management issues. There are no leaseholders to manage or leasehold accounts in this role. Clean driving licence and car are essential, with business insurance.

Salary is £30,000 - 35,000 plus a performance bonus, £300 pcm allowance, hybrid working, and pension.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

  • Review and tender service contracts
  • Approve invoices
  • Ensure that blocks and sites are compliant with H & S
  • Meeting contractors, ensuring they are delivering an excellent service to tenants, and taking action if not
  • Updating the CRM system with reports, assessments and comms
  • Regular site inspection reports, raising any issues
  • Carrying out and overseeing Section 20 consultations
  • Preparing service charge budgets, reviewing and reporting on expenditures and monitoring arrears
  • Facilitating the handover of new-build apartment blocks and estates

ABOUT YOU

  • Clean driving licence and own transport
  • Min 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in Block Management
  • IPRM qualification is desirable
  • Fantastic communication skills, a natural people person
