Days / Hours: Monday to Friday- 8:45- 17:30 / 1 in 2 Saturdays- 8:45- 16:00 (Day off in lieu)

Position Overview:

As the Manager Valuer, you will play an important role in establishing and growing the agency’s presence in the local market. This is a position in a brand new office, ideal for a self-driven and ambitious professional who is eager to take on the challenge of building a successful branch from the ground up. You will be responsible for conducting property valuations, negotiating sales, overseeing sales progression, and managing other sales negotiators in the office. With the use of comprehensive marketing initiatives, you will be supported in driving the growth and success of the new branch.

Responsibilities:

Valuations:

  • Conduct accurate and professional property valuations.
  • Provide clients with detailed market analysis and competitive pricing strategies.

Sales Negotiation:

  • Handle all aspects of property sales negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers.

Sales Progression:

  • Oversee the sales process from offer to completion.
  • Ensure all transactions are handled efficiently and effectively.

Management:

  • Manage and mentor other sales negotiators in the office.
  • Foster a positive and productive working environment.

Branch Development:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies and plans for the new branch.
  • Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of competitors.

Marketing Support:

  • Utilise the business's marketing resources to promote the branch and its listings.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop local advertising campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property valuations and sales.
  • Strong negotiation and sales progression skills.
  • Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within an estate agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
