Property Administrator

NG9, Nottingham

£25,000 per annum

As a Property Administrator, you will be the backbone of the office, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while providing exceptional support to the negotiators and the wider team. This role involves client interaction, meticulous record-keeping and contributing to the overall efficiency of the estate agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and professionally direct incoming calls, ensuring seamless communication with clients, vendors and tenants.
  • Manage property enquiries, providing accurate and timely responses while assisting with general information.
  • Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service to create a positive first impression.
  • Oversee the handover of keys to surveyors, tenants, or vendors, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
  • Assist negotiators and other office staff with general administrative duties, including paperwork and file organisation.
  • Keep the CRM system (Vebra) up to date with accurate property, vendor and buyer details.
  • Support the preparation and provision of property information packs and vendor documentation.
  • Ensure all administrative processes align with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Smart, alert, and enthusiastic with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Excellent telephone manner with a strong focus on exemplary customer service.
  • Previous experience in an estate agency or property administration is essential.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative and successful team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Vebra, Reapit, or Dezrez (or similar) is highly desirable.
