Senior Property & Estate Manager - Hybrid + Site Travel - £28,000 + £300 Car Allowance pcm & a 10% performance bonus

Our client is transforming the private rental sector, delivering high-quality homes and well-managed communities.

We’re looking for a Senior Property & Estate Manager to oversee a portfolio of apartment blocks and estates, ensuring they’re well-maintained and providing a great experience for our residents. There are no leaseholders to manage or leasehold accounts in this role.

You’ll be hands-on with property inspections, contractor management, and problem-solving, working closely with our Asset and Property Management teams. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience in a similar role are essential. Min 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in Property Management, Estate Management or Block Management

Clean driving licence and car are essential, with business insurance.

This is a hybrid role with site visits across the Midlands, Northwest, and Southeast.
