Role Overview

As Property Manager, you'll oversee a substantial portfolio while leading initiatives to enhance service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

Portfolio Management
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of 150-200 properties
  • Conducting comprehensive property inspections
  • Overseeing maintenance and improvement projects
  • Managing contractor relationships and quality control
  • Ensuring compliance with all property regulations
Client Relations
  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Handling complex property management issues
  • Providing expert advice on property improvements
  • Managing end-of-tenancy processes
  • Conducting rental valuations
Operational Excellence
  • Implementing property management best practices
  • Maintaining detailed property records
  • Managing maintenance budgets
  • Ensuring legislative compliance
  • Coordinating with internal teams
Essential Experience & Skills
  • Minimum 3 years' property management experience
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant legislation
  • Experience with property management software
  • Proven track record in client relationship management
  • ARLA/NAEA Propertymark qualification (or working towards)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
