Days / Hours: Monday to Friday- 8:45- 17:30

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our client's team as a Student Property Manager. They are looking for an experienced Property Manager that has great attention to detail, exceptional customer service skills and thrives in a fast paced student environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Management up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM)
  • Understanding and upselling additional services
  • Understanding the full ReapIT & Fix Flo system and processes set within
  • Understanding, managing, and improving Budget & KPI Figures
  • Preparing and completing Inventories, Check Out Reports and Mid Term Inspection reports for your portfolio including management of quality of content
  • Deposit return management and TDS Claim control
  • Managing Mid Term Inspection follow ups, quality and trade discount earnings
  • Weekly Arrear management including Rent & Legal Protection submission claims and management
  • Liaising with your Repair Co-Ordinator’s, Tenants, Landlords and Contractors to ensure all reactive maintenance works are carried out in a timely fashion and to an excellent standard.
  • Helping to support and complete reactive maintenance volumes as they are reported
  • Maintaining accurate file notes
  • Contractor quality control, turnaround times, saturation and assigned work outcomes
  • Quality control checks on market values and rent increases
  • Challenging lost business reasons with effective objection handling and retention planning
  • Managing and monitoring Landlord relationship calls quarterly
  • Managing and monitoring refurbishment opportunities and volumes to maximize trade discount earnings
  • Managing and monitoring void periods and vacant stock
  • Pre / Post Tenancy cleans instructed and completed on time
  • Pre / Post Tenancy maintenance matters instructed and completed on time
  • Management of Statutory Compliance Certificates

Experience & Qualifications:

  • A natural people person with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Driven, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or property position.
  • Articulate with strong property management abilities.
