Our clients, an independent estate agency, are seeking an ambitious individual looking to forge a long-term career in Estate Agency. Our client can offer full training and the opportunity to work with their close-knit team in the Long Eaton area.
The successful Viewing Representative will be offered:
- Basic salary £27,000 (dependent on experience)
- Realistic OTE of £30,000+ (uncapped)

Working Pattern:
- 5-day working week
- Monday to Saturday, with a day off during the week
To be considered for the Viewing Representative role, you must have:
- Sales and customer service experience
- Knowledge of the Long Eaton area
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach
- A genuine passion for the property industry
- A team player mindset with individual drive
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
As a Viewing Representative, your role will involve:
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Building rapport with buyers and vendors
- Matching applicants to suitable properties
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Supporting the team with general admin tasks
- Playing an active role in driving business forward
