Key Responsibilities:
- Reception Duties: Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner. Answer phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, document management, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Scheduling & Appointments: Manage appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings. Assist with diary management for senior staff members.
- Customer Service: Assist with any inquiries or requests from clients or visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Office Coordination: Maintain a tidy, organised reception area and assist with office management tasks as needed.
- General Administration: Handle post, deliveries, and office correspondence. Assist with various office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
