Job title: Receptionist
Pay rate: £12 an hour
Location: Nottingham, NG2 area
Contract: Temporary, 7am-12:30 mid day, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Support the setup of meeting rooms, conference areas, and special events asneeded.
- Report and address minor maintenance issues such as changing light bulbs, fixingleaks, or assisting with office equipment.
- Communicate effectively with other staff members to address any specific cleaning ormaintenance needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Switchboard experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Great communication skills
