£26,000.00 Per Annum, 40 Hours per week (5 days)

Do you have the drive to coach, inspire and support your team and club members?

It will be an hands on role with a minimumof 2 days delivering treatments.

As the Assistant Leisure & Spa Manager, you will support the Leisure & Spa Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the treatment department and also the leisure club.

You will be required to have the following responsibilities,

Provide support to each area where needed

Manage spa bookings, packages and schedules efficiently

Ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness are maintained at all times

You should be confident to cover the Spa and Leisure Club when the Spa Manager is out of the business,

Need to demonstrate competency in all aspects of the role when reporting to the Leisure & Spa Manager.

Set and support retail targets

Lead by example

Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and in a professional manor

Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team towards success

Support the implementation of marketing strategies and promotional activities that increase spa revenue and engagement.

Previous experience as a Senior Spa Therapist.

The successful applicant must hold a NVQ level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent and have completed the following -

Level 2:

Manicure

Pedicure

Waxing

Tinting

Spray tanning

Level 3:

Massage

Facial

Body scrub

Foot Treatments

Eye treatment

Pregnancy massage ( If possible).

Shoulder, neck and scalp

  • Swedish massage

ESPA trained is desirable but not essential.

Desirable qualifications, Pool Plant Level 3, Emergency Pool Rescue, First aid at work (Must look to complete these qualifications within first 6 months of employment)
